Business Identity

Sky Zoom Media provides real estate photography, drone photo and video, Matterport 3D scan support, social media edits, commercial property media, agent training sessions, and partner highlight page support.

Website and Inquiry Use

You agree to provide accurate information when submitting a request. Submission of an inquiry does not guarantee availability, pricing, project acceptance, or a confirmed appointment. A project is not confirmed until Sky Zoom Media accepts the request and confirms the details.

Media Services

Service scope, deliverables, timelines, usage rights, licensing, payment terms, cancellation terms, weather delays, property access, FAA or airspace limitations, and rescheduling details may be confirmed separately for each project. Clients are responsible for securing lawful property access and providing accurate project information.

Training and Events

Agent training sessions and conference-style events are educational in nature. They are not legal, tax, brokerage, MLS compliance, FAA, or financial advice. Attendees remain responsible for following applicable laws, MLS rules, brokerage policies, platform terms, and property-specific requirements.

SMS Messaging Program

Program name: Sky Zoom Media SMS Program. If you opt in, Sky Zoom Media may send text messages about scheduling, quote follow-up, shoot coordination, project updates, training registration, service notifications, special offers, discounts, and service updates, depending on the consent option you selected.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to unsubscribe from Sky Zoom Media text messages. After you send STOP, Sky Zoom Media may send one SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Sky Zoom Media unless you opt in again.
