Program Name and Description

Program name: Sky Zoom Media SMS Program. Messages may include appointment scheduling, shoot coordination, quote follow-up, project updates, training registration, service notifications, special offers, discounts, and service updates, depending on the consent option you selected.

Opt-In

You may opt in by selecting an optional SMS consent checkbox on a Sky Zoom Media website form or by another documented opt-in method. Marketing SMS consent and non-marketing SMS consent are separate choices. Checkboxes are not preselected and are not required to submit the form.

Message Frequency and Rates

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from Sky Zoom Media and to Sky Zoom Media from you. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to unsubscribe from Sky Zoom Media text messages.

After you send STOP, Sky Zoom Media may send one SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After that confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Sky Zoom Media unless you opt in again.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Mobile information, SMS opt-in data, and SMS consent are handled under the Sky Zoom Media Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
